Grab the Tab Rewards Program

Grab the Tab is Back! Peel off and save the bottle tabs located on the cap of each of your bottles. Once you've collected the tabs required for the Reward you've selected, mail them in. The Reward will be delivered to you with your next water delivery. Remember, this program runs between October 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010 so start saving tabs now!

CONTEST RULES: For Residential customers only.

Only tabs from bottles delivered to your personal residential account from Oct 1/09 through to March 31/10 may be used towards a reward. Accounts must be in good standing in order to recieve a Reward. Program ends March 31, 2010. Check off the reward you wish to receive on the envelope, write your name, customer # and phone # and include the corresponding # of tabs. Mail tabs to Cedar Springs and we will deliver your reward with your following water delivery. Tabs may be redeemed at anytime up until April 30, 2010. Cedar Springs reserves the right to substitute reward prizes for one of equal value.

If you have lost or misplaced your envelope, simply place your tabs inside any envelope, print out a copy of the Flyer (Click here for Adobe PDF), check off the appropriate box, write your name, customer # and phone # and include the corresponding # of tabs and mail it to the following address:
