Delivery Calendar
Your bi-weekly bottled water delivery schedule operates on a 10 business day cycle. It is important to note that after each statutory holiday, your subsequent scheduled delivery days will be one or two days later in the week.

If your schedule operates on a bi weekly basis, as a courtesy to you, your customer service specialist will phone you two working days prior to your scheduled delivery days listed below but if, for any reason, is unable to contact you and a water delivery is required it is your responsibility to call us before your delivery day to place an order. Water will be delivered on your delivery day only if it has been ordered. If you prefer to receive your deliveries automatically, please speak with your customer service specialist or driver. While you are never obligated to take a delivery, a minimum of 3 bottles is required to receive a delivery.
If your schedule is on a monthly basis, your water will automatically be delivered. If you wish to cancel delivery or request additional water or other product, please call our customer service department or leave a message in our after hours voice mail.
